1. Who we are

LoveOS is an AI-powered dating coach available as an Android app. We help users understand their dating conversations and profile photos through AI analysis.

2. What data we collect

  • No account required. The app does not ask for your name, email address, or any personal information. An anonymous ID is assigned automatically to manage your subscription.
  • Screenshots and photos. Images you submit are compressed on your device and sent to our AI for analysis. They are never stored on our servers.
  • Analysis results. Numeric scores and AI-generated suggestions are stored locally on your device and on our servers to power your in-app history.
  • Subscription status. We record whether you have an active subscription. Payment details are handled entirely by Google Play and never seen by us.
  • Optional feedback. If you tap the thumbs up or down on a result, that signal is stored anonymously to help us improve response quality.
  • Anonymous session data. A temporary session ID is generated each time you open the app. It is not linked to any personal identifier and is used only to understand general usage patterns.

3. How we use your data

  • To generate AI analysis results from your submitted content
  • To display your history of past analyses within the app
  • To manage your subscription and enforce access limits
  • To improve the quality of AI responses over time using anonymised feedback

4. Third-party services

To operate the service we share limited data with third-party providers:

  • AI providers receive your submitted photos and text transiently for analysis. They do not store your content beyond their standard API retention window.
  • Our database provider stores your analysis scores and AI-generated outputs. No raw photos or conversation text are stored there.
  • Our payment provider (Google Play) handles all billing. We never see or store your card details.

5. Data retention

  • Photos and conversation text: Never stored by LoveOS. Processed transiently by our AI providers.
  • Analysis scores and AI outputs: Stored to power your in-app history. You can request deletion at any time.
  • Anonymous feedback and session data: Retained in aggregate form only. Not linked to any personal identifier.

6. Your rights (UK and EU users)

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Age requirement

LoveOS is intended for users 18 years of age and older. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
