4. Subscriptions and billing

• LoveOS offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription plan (Pro at $9.99/month).
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• You may cancel at any time via the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with a charge, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.

6. Acceptable use

• You may not use LoveOS to harass, manipulate, or deceive others.
• You may not upload content that is illegal, explicit, or harmful.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
